PAST EVENTS

If you’re thinking about attending one of our events or hosting your own event on our behalf, you can find a brief summary of some of the past fundraising events that we’ve held to get an idea of how they went and who was involved.

FOREST BROOK’S 10TH ANNUAL CHARITY GOLF CLASSIC

Our friends at Forest Brook Community Church hosted their 10th Annual Charity Golf Classic on Sept. 17, 2020. It was a wonderful day of golfing followed by a steak dinner and a silent auction with proceeds of the event going toward supporting now on SafeHope Home but Celebrate Recovery and Jump Start as well. We were so honoured to be part of this special event! Forest Brook managed to raise $1900 for SafeHope Home that day and we’re so thankful.

THIRD ANNUAL GALA IN SUPPORT OF SAFEHOPE HOME

Fundraising for Freedom hosted the Third Annual Gala in support of SafeHope Home on January 25, 2020 at the Jubilee Pavilion in Oshawa. It was a wonderful night including dinner, dancing, silent auction and keynote speakers who spoke about the importance of long-term programs like SafeHope Home in our community.
